Hai, I am Lenneke and work at Koan Massage as a massage therapist. I describe myself as warm, attuned, interested, curious, with integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The massages I give help you tune in (more) to your body - to yourself. In a world full of stimuli, the feeling of constantly wanting\/needing to be available and (performance) pressure, it can be difficult to feel what you need and\/or desire. By tuning into your body, you can experience what you need at that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The massage options I can give you are:
- Softness and calmness through flowing strokes all over your body
- Vitality through movement and firmness
- Supple muscles through deeper touch
- A combination of these<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The different possibilities can lead to experiencing more space in your body and therefore more space in your head. This helps you to be able to create a fine balance between inward and outward relaxation in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We discuss your needs beforehand and during the massage, we continue to coordinate with each other so that the massage suits you as appropriately as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I trained as a massage therapist in 2021 at the Academy of massage and movement<\/em> in Amsterdam with great pleasure. Working\/communicating with my hands, feeling and empathising with and in the other person turns out to be a hit for me!
Besides working as a massage therapist, I graduated as a haptotherapist in 2023 from Synergos<\/em> in Amersfoort.
