My name is Farley Mochan, I was born and raised in Indonesia.
In 2003, I started training as a sports masseur at Leffelaar opleidingen in Amsterdam. After that, I followed several massage courses, such as chair massage and hot stone massage. In 2008, I decided to study Shiatsu (originally a Japanese massage technique), which involved a 3-year course at HBO level.
I have been working as a masseur since 2005 and have been working at Koan float since 2010, in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, a peaceful environment with professional colleagues. In short, it gives a good feeling to work here.
I offer various massage techniques. My personal favourite is a combination of sports massage, foot reflexology and shiatsu in a so-called ‘relaxation massage’. There is a direct contact where working the muscles is paramount. In Asia, where I come from, people believe that the more pressure you apply, the better. But here I naturally adapt to the clients' wishes. This form of massage stimulates the circulation of the skin and muscles, creating a relaxation effect.
I am regularly massaged by fellow masseurs so that I get a good understanding of what my clients can expect from my massages. I strive to give you the best possible massage that suits you!
