I am Daya Krajenbrink.
I received the name Daya from Osho in India in 1980.
In Osho's view, the body is very important: your body is your temple.
You can release tension through your body, use your body to become more aware and, last but not least, enjoy your body.
In 1989, I completed the Rebalancing training at Multiversity in Pune, India. At the Osho Ashram, highly skilled bodyworkers from around the world came together and developed Osho Rebalancing. I was trained by the developers of Rebalancing.
Rebalancing is about becoming more aware of our bodies: where we are tense and how it feels when we release that tension. Sometimes in the past, we have tensed our muscles to feel less. We have built up a kind of armour, and when that tension is touched, we may start to feel that emotion again, becoming softer and more sensitive. Sometimes we enter a state of deep relaxation, a feeling that everything is fine.
At Rebalancing, we utilise the following techniques:
- Deep muscle and tissue massage, working slowly and gradually to give the body time to release tension; joint relaxation: playful movement and shaking of the limbs and spine; stretching and gentle techniques.
- A complete Rebalancing treatment consists of 7 to 10 sessions in which the entire body is treated according to a structural plan. Each session focuses on a specific part of the body.
However, you may also book a single session.
After my Rebalancing, I continued with Tibetan Pulsing. You can find more information about this on my website.
Since 2000, I have been giving sessions at Koan-Float: Float and Massage Centre.
From 1 November 2025, I will be working at Prinsengracht 662 at: Koanmassage.nl
The aim of my massages is to help you relax deeply so that your body becomes a source of energy.
