Craniosacral Balancing (60 or 90 minutes) is a subtle, deep form of bodywork that focuses on the craniosacral system: the bone and connective tissue structures of the skull, spine and sacrum.
Through gentle touch, tensions and adhesions in the connective tissue are perceived and - where possible - released. This method invites the body to self-heal and often brings a deep state of relaxation.
