Rebalancing is a profound form of bodywork that stems from a holistic view: body and mind are one. This massage works on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level and helps you become aware of retained energy in the body. Relaxation can go hand in hand with feeling and releasing stored emotions.
Rebalancing takes 60 or 90 minutes and consists of two main elements:
1. Deep tissue massage
Focuses on releasing tension in muscles and connective tissue. This makes the tissue more supple and releases more energy. Experiencing this process consciously creates insight into yourself.
2. Joint relaxation (joint release)
A dynamic technique that increases freedom of movement and creates more space in the joints and spine. Deeper breathing enhances your ability to feel and release tension and emotions.
